IMC Bangladesg, the apex body of management consultants has taken several initiatives to fill up this need. IMCB offers many short courses. Seminars and workshops for consultants who wish to learn more and acquire professional consulting skills. In continuation of this effort, IMCB launched its regular program on “Management Consulting” leading to the award of a Post Graduate Diploma.

The program is intended as a basic foundation course in the consulting profession. Participants can expect to acquire a great deal of working knowledge with regard to process and skills of management consulting. Specific objectives of the course are:

§  To impart knowledge about the process of consulting with a view to strengthening the participants consulting skills.

§  To enable the participants acquire the appropriate skills required by a professional management consultant.

§  To provide an opportunity for the management consultants to learn from the experiences of other professionals in the field.

§  In addition, there is an opportunity to interact with like-minded professionals share ideas and gain from their experience.
